How often should I schedule my house cleaning service?

If your home is on the smaller side, a monthly house cleaning may be enough, however, we recommend more frequent cleaning for larger homes with kids and animals.
Do the same techs come every time my house is cleaned?
Though we make every effort to have the same tech cleaning the same houses, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent that from happening. In this instance, rest assured that the person coming in to clean is just as capable as any employee that we have.
What are your policies around cancellations?
If you need to reschedule, simply give us 2 business days’ notice before your appointment, and we’ll find a new time. For cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice, a 50% fee applies for deep cleans and 25% for recurring cleanings. This policy ensures fair compensation for our cleaners and helps us manage scheduling efficiently.
