We always try our best to have the same team of 2 assigned to your home for each cleaning. Occasionally one of the members of your team may be out sick or have requested time off, in this case we would send you a substitute.

We always take great care while cleaning your home, however accidents do happen. Our teams are trained to report all damage immediately to the office. We will contact you to discuss repairs, replacement, or reimbursement.
We bring all of our own equipment and natural cleaning products. You just need to provide trash can liners.
