Even though we quote sight unseen, we provide an extra labor hour for one-time deep cleans if required. If the condition of your home is different from your initial description, we’ll reach out about any necessary changes to the time and price. If extra time is needed but not approved beforehand, we’ll work within the initially paid duration, which might affect the quality and isn’t covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
The duration of a time deep clean varies based on your home’s size and condition. It can range from a few hours for smaller homes to a full day for larger ones. We aim for thoroughness and efficiency, ensuring your home is sparkling clean without unnecessary delays.
To ensure the best results, we recommend decluttering surfaces and providing a clear path to areas that need cleaning. If there are specific instructions or areas you’d like us to focus on let us know in advance. Additionally, if you have pets, please be sure they’re in a safe place.

While we usually avoid moving large furniture for safety reasons, we make sure to clean underneath and around them to the best of our ability. For one-time deep cleans, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, serving as a mutual commitment. Refunds are available if cancellation occurs more than 2 business days before the scheduled time. After completion of a service, the deposit will be credited towards the total cleaning cost.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file as we do not accept checks or cash.
If you need to reschedule, simply give us 2 business days’ notice before your appointment, and we’ll find a new time. For cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice, a 50% fee applies for deep cleans and 25% for recurring cleanings. This policy ensures fair compensation for our cleaners and helps us manage scheduling efficiently.
